Interview
There were several rounds of interviews, the first was a screening interview with a recruiter from the HR department. I didn’t get super far but just had the initial phone call. It was pretty quick and casual.

They asked me about my interests in specific desks/beats at the organization.

Interview
It was quite involved. I interviewed with four different people from different departments over a few weeks, and took a news test on current and historical events. There were some coding questions as well. That was followed by a tryout.
