They knew I was already into the process for other jobs, so they allowed me to move quickly through the interview steps. I enjoyed the people that I interviewed with. The interviews were pretty free flowing and conversational. They didn't seem to be reading from a script like some others. The first interview was with the technical recruiter. The second was supposed to be with the hiring manager, but due to a schedule conflict, I met with someone who would have been a peer. The last round was going to be pretty intense with five 45-minute sessions over 2-3 days: Ability to learn and teach, People Management, System Architecture, Collaboration and Empathy, and Leadership and Strategy. I've been through those, and they are pretty daunting. We scheduled those calls, but I got another offer in the meantime and accepted it. So I never went through that final round.
