Interview
I first scheduled and received a phone call for a 10 minute screening interview and then after about a week, I was invited for a second/final round interview which was 30 minutes long over Zoom.

Q: What was something you did while you were working at home from COVID to stay organized?
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at New York Life (Rye, NY) in Jul 2011
Interview
They called me in and asked the basic questions. I interviewed with the two women I would be working for/ with. They were very informal,relax and nice. Just be prepared to be asked if you don't mind cold calling people.
