Meet with Manager and learn about what the job entails. Discuss your interest in in the position. Learn about the details of the job. Discuss your background. Learn about New York Life and what the comapany does for its clients. Determin if you are a good fit at the company. Fed and state background checks. Become a licensed life and health insurance angent.
You have to graduate to new levels of the interview process but they want you to call people you know and meet quotas. The more I learned about it the more it seemed to good to be true. They use a formula to meet numbers but close to impossible to keep up

Question 1
They ask about your experience and what you want for the future but they basically are looking to see if you have what it takes
Lengthy. Took a few interviews. But was told I couldn’t produce until a year later. Very easy and seems like a great company with really good benefits. It’s over zoom as well which was really nice.
