What I thought would be an individual interview turned out to be a cattle call. The position was misrepresented - regardless of what they tell you, it's sales. The other candidates in the meeting had also thought they would be in individual interviews and were equally surprised to be in a group.

After the overview of what the job would be, the Regional Sales Manager asked us to consider whether the "opportunity" was for us.
