The interview process consisted of an online video call in which I was asked multiple questions and had the opportunity to provide my credentials in a way that benefited both myself and the Human Resources Department.

It took less than fifteen minutes. There wasn't one question. It was obvious it wasn't an interview as much as a personality examination. I sat waiting for the interview longer than the interview itself.

They didn't ask any questions. Not one. The Plant manager looked at my resume and said, "This tells me everything I need to know."
