I was interviewed for this position. I felt interrogated, demeaned, and belittled for the much of the interview process. I felt as though I was being grilled instead of having the opportunity to explain my experiences and skills that would relate to the job.

Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker? Tell me about yourself? On a scale from one to 10 how would you write organizational skills? Describe to us in detail how you plan and organize.
James reached out and we had a good conversation. We discussed a remote interview. Planned to touch base and never called. Then he reached out 4 months later, apologizes and blamed on covid.

Interview
The hiring process was casual. It was a breath of fresh air. Meeting the staff was a plus, and being able to ask questions of those who are working there at that time. The CEO was easy to talk to and personable. He was also extremely experienced in behavioral health.
