I applied online. I interviewed at New Relic (Remote, OR)
Interview
The first interview was a phone call with HR. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then I had a video interview with the hiring manager. They were still moving on for another round of in person interviews.

Question 1
As many people mentioned the first interview was weird. HR didn't ask anything about my skills. They asked about salary requirements, how long would I need to decide, how long before I could start and was I interviewing anywhere else.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The whole process was very organized with a scrupulous structure underpinning all layers. Continuous communication provided along the way per each interview round. The positive culture is contagious! Excited to join the team!

Question 1
What programming languages have you worked with and why?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic in Mar 2019
Interview
The entire process was very disjointed. I spoke with multiple recruiters, none of whom had prior knowledge of where I was in the process or the screening that had already taken place. My follow up emails went ignored for several weeks, before I was finally told that I was not moving on in the process. It's probably not a good sign of how the company functions when people on the same team are not sharing information with each other about open recruitments.
