It was a very easy process was just a informal chat I think I got the job because I portrayed myself to be very enthusiastic the questions were just basic interview questions

Group interview with 9 other candidates
Dress smart to stand out - lots of people dressed in lounge or informal wear
Group exercises such as what would you take on an abandoned shipwreck and being watched doing tasks on shop floor- chilled out and no formal interview questions
Then one on one interview
Casual and informal one-to-one interview. Asked about previous experience and why I wanted to work there. Very standard and straightforward. Tour of the store and interview lasted about 30 minutes total.
