Invited to do an intensive "performance task," and was also told the very low salary (51 - similar positions at other orgs range from at least 65-80k). Declined to continue on in the hiring process.
I was told that the salary cap, "based on [my] location" was $51k. Based on similar positions on Glassdoor, I'd been expecting at least $65-70k, which is still significantly below what other companies are offering for similar work. They attached an info sheet about benefits as well, and it was not the best.
