Initially a phone scree vetting prior work experience and relevancy to the role. The interview was about 30 mins, with typical questions regarding organizational skills, communication, project experience, problem-solving, and efficiency.

The interview process was a good experience and I felt that the interviewer were actually engaged in the conversation. I felt I was being heard for my strengths and weaknesses. All parties I interview with I now work with directly and really enjoyed my interview process

Pretty straightforward and fair. They just asked about my background and my past experience. They then described the position and asked if I was comfortable and qualified. They also wanted to know if I was comfortable expanding my knowledge by taking classes or courses.
