The application process for the position consisted of several stages: 1. Sending CV + Cover Letter over to the HR Representative; 2. Interview with an HR Representative to discuss the soft skills of the candidate, company culture, structure and mentality; 3. Technical assessment of hard skills, with the instructions communicated through the HR Representative; 4. Interview with the team at the office to discuss the hard skills of the candidate and their work mindset/culture; 5. Interview with the first co-founder to discuss how the candidate fits in the company's culture; 6. Interview with the second co-founder to discuss the job offer; 7. Signing of the job offer;
