I was flown in for the interview the day before. The recruiter picked me up at the hotel and brought me to the interview. I had back to back 1:1 interviews with the entire sr. leadership team and several doctors. It was a really exhausting schedule. I felt pressured since I had to fly out that evening. Most of the interviews were informal discussions and were more about the situation and my experience and suggestions for how to improve the department I was to lead. Others were more formal question/answer interviews.
