Interview
After a phone interview and an in-person interview they let me know they were interested however'; had a few more people to talk to. I followed up for two weeks being told they were still in the process only to never hear back from them.
I felt they could have more direct with the candidates as well as would never have accepted due to their culture.

Interview
I was referred to the company by a friend. I submitted an application and had a chat with one of the recruiters. I had many years of experience and it seemed like a good fit from both sides. Then we actually got on the phone to chat, he came off as bored the whole call. He said he would follow up with the team and let me know. I followed up with no response multiple times. The whole experience was really unprofessional.
