I applied for the position online and was contacted through LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of three rounds and lasted two weeks. The first round was with the HR team, the second with the hiring manager, and the final round was focused on the specifics of the role and how I fit into it.

During the interview, we mainly asked behavioral and situational questions, focusing on your knowledge of operations and other relevant topics.
