They will be your best friend throughout the entire interview process. During every step of the way from the technical assessment to the hiring manager interview, your recruiter will maintain effective communication with you and will constantly push for your success. The engineering team is really great and encouraging and the managers at Bright are extremely inspiring and go into great detail about the job's role and how it contributes to Bright's mission of making healthcare right. Overall, it was a great experience!
