Netwrix interview questions

I had Zoom interview with NetWrix, and it was the strangest and most surface-level interview I've ever had. The recruiter was so incredibly disengaged and didn't ask any questions that allowed me to highlight my knowledge and experience in HR (which is extensive). When I asked a clarifying question, he seemed stunned, confused, and taken aback. It also seemed like they wanted an HRBP to help with coordinator-level work, which is strange even for a start-up. Red flags all around. New recruiter needed.

The interview process felt very surface-level and unusually brief, with only a couple of questions asked. The conversation lacked depth and structure, and it did not feel like there was a strong effort to fully assess my background or fit for the role. There also appeared to be a disconnect between the job description and how the position was described during the interview, which created some confusion about the actual scope of the role. Overall, the experience gave the impression that the team may still be clarifying their internal direction and expectations as a company overall. I would be open to interviewing again in the future, ideally with a more aligned recruiter and hiring manager, and a more in-depth discussion about the position.
