Interview carried out by two senior members of staff. Straightforward questions, following the STAR process. Structured, but nothing overly complicated. Overall a positive experience, only issue being is that network rail is not what it once was. A lot more box ticking now days.

Very healthy and safety based questions with a real focus on CDM regs. Had to do a 10 mins PowerPoint presentation on a safety incident that I had been involved in. Quite a laid back interview in all.
