All states are virtual and based on line. 5 stage process. 1- first it’s your registration 2 - application 3 - interactive assesment where you’ll do some tests such has numerical, situational and verbal. 4 - pre recorded video interview where you’ll be asked questions based on safety, why safety is a priority, why you’d like to work for network rail, such things like that. 5 - Assessment centre The assessment centre is every wel thought through and the interviewers make you feel comfortable at all times. First it kicks of with a little 20 minute introduction on what’s going to be happening on the day. - 1 hour strengths / scenario based interview. - 30 minute group exercise - 10 minute presentation After all this is done you’ll then get a call with all other attendees, giving feedback if you’d like to or ask the apprentice manager some questions.
