The interview was generally professional and friendly. Questions focused on competencies, safety, and diversity. For senior roles, a presentation was also required. While the interviewers were pleasant, it seemed like they had already made a decision about the role. One interviewer was late and had technical issues, and all the questions were read directly from a script. The interviewers showed little interest, reinforcing my feeling that the outcome was predetermined. I spent several days preparing for the presentation and traveled a long distance to attend the interview. It would have saved a lot of time if they had simply canceled the interview rather than going through the motions when they weren't interested.

Had to fill in a application, then moved onto some IQ test, which tested speed and accuracy in solving problem solving tasks. There then I had to do a online interview where i answer a couple of interview questions into the camera which were provided with a time limit. The next step is the virtual assessment day
