The interview consisted of a presentation on a subject about which you are passionate. It was then followed by a technical interview with some railway related questions for which you could not really prepare. I just spoke them through my way of thinking. It was then followed by one of the longest personality tests I have ever had.
Perhaps it was the time in the morning but neither interviewer seemed particularly interested. The interview was somewhat robotic and we never transgressed from the questions. I would advise anyone else who gets to this stage to attempt to make the interview less robotic and more conversational.
