Both competency questions and technical questions about rails and ways to improve the structure. The interviewers were quite professional and very kind. They had exercise sheets ready and discussed the situation with me to try and figure a potential solution to the asked question. I think they were mainly focused on the thinking process rather than the response given.

General scenario personality test > Numerical and Literacy tests but in a form of a game which was less stressful and more fun > video interview where presented with scenarios and timed. > Final Stage: 1-1 interview with 2 assessors (HR member and a civil Engineer) 1 hour long, needed to present a presentation with topic on “something your passionate about” - questions competency based and in topics like health n safety, ambitions, the company etc - with final end on technical questions about bridges
