I applied in-person. I interviewed at Network Architects (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
I received an email from them to schedule a phone interview. Once I gave them all the details of my availability and contact info, they never responded back, email or phone call. I believe the position was filled, but then it opened back up a couple of months later. I reapplied for the role and a couple of days later got denied instantly without any reason. I felt like my job experience as a network administrator was similar to what they were looking for. I would've been happy if I applied to a job and received a rejection letter or email, but when you get denied without any reason, these guys seem like the type of company that wouldn't give a damn about you. Wouldn't recommend to work for or apply to sorry company.

Interview
Full bait and switch. They are looking for Helpdesk and will start you as a "specialist". They have you come in and interview with the CTO and IT Director. The IT director actually knows his stuff, but the CTO doesn't and actively looked lost during some of the technical questions. Every single person who was present in the office was a white male. When asked about diversity/work culture, the CTO stated that they were incredibly diverse: "We have your die-hard Trump supporters and some lefty liberals and we all just like to josh each other and have a good time." As others have reviewed, they are dead serious about the you cannot be late even a minute rule, and stated that the owner does not care if you are in an accident etc, you must be at the office no later than 7:45am. When asked about titles, given that the interview was for a Network Administrator position, they said that titles are meaningless and if you pass the 90 days that "we'll give you whatever title you want to keep you happy". Again, all positions regardless of title on the job description seem to be for this "specialist" position.
