Interview
Started my first two interviews for a consultancy position, but decided that wasn't for me so they adjusted the interview to incorporate more what I was looking for. I then got more interviews with people in positions for what was better suited for me.
I interviewed on a Friday afternoon and was told a decision would be made towards the end of the following week but job posting stated job was filled the next morning.
Three interviews in total: 1 with the HR person, 2 with managers. Mostly behavioral questions and why you are interested in the company and role. Questions about past experiences and roles.

The interview process was super easygoing, and it was like a normal interview. I was well prepared going in, and it showed to work through the whole process. The people I interviewed with were very kind and made it for an overall great experience
