Managed to speak with VP PM through a common contact and fully leveraged this opportunity by impressing him. Was interviewed on-site by few PMs and Engineering folks. Most of the people I spoke to were nice . However, the worst experience I had was with the Recruiting Coordinator. She was unprofessional to work with, almost to the point where I thought she had amnesia of some sort. Had to remind her regularly to schedule interviews and for follow ups. After the on-site was done, I never got the impression that Netskope was serious about my application. it would have been great if the recruiting coordinator/Netskope were direct in not offering a position instead of dragging it out.
