I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Netlight (Hamburg) in Aug 2025
Interview
It had three interview phase, which was the same as other reviews in glassdoor for Netlight IT consultant position. The overall interview process was very much feedback based and also supportvie plus transparent from hiring manager's side. I've got rejected after the last partner interview, and the feedback was also given after it. The point was not being as expressive about my knowledge/thoughts. I didn't fully grasp this, but just understood it that my seniority (incl. competence/communication) was not enough for the position. For reference, I had 2.5 years of working student experiences, not a full time one. Plus, 2nd and 3rd interview were onsite, so I had to traveled, when the expenses were covered.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netlight (Amsterdam) in May 2026
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netlight (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Dec 2025
Interview
A recruiter messaged me on linkedin and invited me for a coffee. We talked about my experiences and she briefly explained how Netlight "works" (that they have no bosses, and the roles they have instead etc). We agreed that she will call me next week, when she said we cannot move forward, because I have not enough experience. Mind you she way the one that contacted me, and looked at my linkedin profile before. What a waste of time.
