Netcracker conducted three interview rounds for the QA role. During the HR discussion, I was assured a salary package of ₹11-12 LPA. However, after completing all rounds, they later stated they could not offer beyond ₹10 LPA due to business constraints. This last-minute change was unprofessional and disappointing, as I invested time in the process.
