There are almost 3 rounds of interview 1 Technical 2 Technical 3 Managerial 4. HR Get offer letter after 3 days of HR discussion Salary is fixed no variable. Good salary as per experience level person Minimum 3 years of experience is required

Interview
Hr had contacted for the interview process I had cleared the first round of interview. The second round was scheduled as well with the manager which went well. I had a verbal communication with the HR and she said the feedback is positive and we would soon have the salary discussion round once I have official email. After that I tried contacting her and she never responded. Not expected this from a product company. Atleast the HR needs to give a clear status about the profile irrespective of the result. Very bad management. @Netcracker team request you to have a look into this

Before processing interview I clearly told my expectation.. I have cleared the all rounds and got feedback. Now hr told they are not able to give my expectations.
If they are not able to give 30% hike also then why conducted interview. Bad experience don't attend interview for this company
