I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netcel in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview process was very thorough and you got a chance to speak to a wide range of people at Netcel. The process was multi staged but everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly, It was clear they genuinely wanted to know about you and how you work than trying to get you to slip up with trick questions. It felt like they were equally interested in making sure you are a culture and process fit
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were questions about my experience in the role and ways of working questions to see if I was a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netcel in Aug 2022
Interview
Unprofessional & Time waste.
1. Initial HR discussion
2. Technical Interview with Tech Director
3. Technical Chat with CTO
The interview process was pretty straightforward and they were very casual & friendly. Everything seemed optimistic & HR took a week to respond. It was very unprofessional to hear that they have decided NOT to have a Solutions Architect role. In 1st place, you should have decided & then created an open position. You are just wasting candidates' time & energy!
