Unprofessional & Time waste. 1. Initial HR discussion 2. Technical Interview with Tech Director 3. Technical Chat with CTO The interview process was pretty straightforward and they were very casual & friendly. Everything seemed optimistic & HR took a week to respond. It was very unprofessional to hear that they have decided NOT to have a Solutions Architect role. In 1st place, you should have decided & then created an open position. You are just wasting candidates' time & energy!

I applied online and on the following week I had a 20 minute phone interview with HR. They explained me about the company and the role and asked me questions about my work experience. Second interview was with the line manager and another colleague.
