Netarx Engineering-design-estimating interview questions

I was contacted by a Division Manager about the resume' I had sent in last Fall. It had been reviewed and I was told nothing at that time. In March 2011 the same manager emailed asking if I was still interested. Several emails and two interviews later I accepted their offer. I do have the advantage of holding a resume' and career path very similar to my Manager.
