Interviews were very detail orientated in person with individuals that have been with the company for an extended period. I had a total of 2 interviews with different individuals. Initial communications was through their website. The questions asked were around experiences, why NetApp, why this position, etc. I was not offered a position since the role was filled internally, however, very friendly individuals continue to maintain contact with prospective positions.
