Interview
It was divided in 3 phases, medium to hard questions. It was a panel interview with 3 questions from each interviewer.
First phase was written questions subjective types, 2nd round was simple questions more like your personal information.
3rd round had more technical questioning.
Structured but depends on the managers
HR screening and then interviewed with managers
Overall, not too bad. Experince with CPG is a plus. Each department will look for different t skills and experince specifically.
