Fairly simple process with basic questions asked about me, technical questions relating to subjects,
About nestle, the fields nestle is in currently, the maggi issue, likes/dislikes, why Nestle, What do you expect from us, the kind of projects done in college
call with the person would be my manager, got the offer one day later. it was only one person since it was only an internship. it was online and it lasted around one hour at most
Will ask questions, includes behavioral questions, introductions, ask how many hours are you to render in the said internship. Also asked technical skills and make you rate. It is also important that you ask questions towards the very end of the interview.
The interview process was very simple. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview. The interview process consisted of one interview/screening call.
