The process took 2 weeks. First you have to fill the application form and answer a couple of question like "Why do you want to work here?" and "Why this programme?". Then there is the SJT test followed by a numerical reasoning test. If you are successful with the online test then you have to do a video interview. If you pass the video interview then there is the assessment center, but I failed the video interview.
