My interview was conducted in two rounds: 1) Technical Interview: Here I was asked about my technical knowledge, experience, technical certifications , my previous technical training and my skillset. 2) HR Interview: HR interview process was fair, transparent, and thorough evaluation. Then they assessed my skills and abilities, ensuring that they have the necessary competencies for the role

1)I was asked about my certifications, trainings and my previous experience. 2) Then they asked about projects I worked on and which technology I worked with previously. 3) Then questions based on concepts of Java, DSA, SQL, Spring-boot, Microservices and very basic questions on React Js. 4) I was also asked to write a code based on different Java Sorting techniques.
The Interview process was good and went well. Interviewers were friendly which boosts the candidate's confidence during this phase. They were very supporting and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience.

Interview process is very structured and Systematic flow , Good conductance by the Ness team , Process flow of the interview is very Systematic . Ness organization will provide snacks and lunch in between the breaks as well . Overall the day was adarable
