I went through multiple rounds of interviews, including meeting with the search committee members for an initial interview, meeting with the faculty of the department I was interviewing with, presenting a job market paper, and a final round with the Dean.

In depth but friendly process, involving all elements of life at the school. Several meetings with staff, HoD, Research director, Dean, and others. Guided tour around the campus, teaching facilities, lab, etc.
