Phone interview - The interviewer was not able to tell me what his role in the company was. He asked very general questions but seemed to expect specific answers. He was good at follow up questions that were more specific but seemed irritated he had to ask. I was left with the impression he wasn't really sure what he was looking for until a subject was brought up by the interviewee. It was a baffling experience.
