Five steps with a variety of people including the person being replaced. The last was kind of surprising. Not sure why they were involved at all. It was awkward from the start. Clearly, they were not into this.

Very hard. A 4-hour interview consisting of brain teasers, sales objective handling Q's, and several pitches.
