Very good process, they are in contact with you every time and the quality of the interviews are very good, i never felt that they tried to put me nervous.

The interview was mostly about compensation. Past experience was not discussed as much as I would have liked to to understand what role I was getting myself into. They were very interested in availability to travel internationally which did prove to be useful during the position.
