Neighborhood JAM interview questions

It was the strangest interview that I have had in a long time. I was told to come in to fill out a paper application, normal so far. It took the manager more than 15 minutes to come speak to me and then when she made an appearance she didn’t sit down at all didn’t ask me any details at all, just was shooting the breeze with me like I was a guest and then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t hiring anymore. Mind you she saw my resume and when she sent the email for an interview said that it was very impressive, I have more than 15 years in service and 4 of them being in fine dining.
