Interview
Submitted resume and cover letter, as well as filled out application online. I was called in for interview within a week or so. Interviewed with three people, they took turns asking questions and they all wrote answers down. It was very comfortable and not intimidating. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Interview
One-on-One interview. They take you into a room with comfy chairs and do the interview there. There are two people who interview you at different times. The office is quite small and they can easily show you around. They brief you on the position and the hiring process. They have your resume in front of them and will ask for references. Overall, pretty average interview process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Neighborhood House (Portland, OR) in Sept 2008
Interview
After sending my application I got a call within a few days. I was interviewed by a panel of three people and asked personality, experience, and scenario type questions. Two things that threw me for a loop were being asked what my opinion of Harm Reduction was (I was not familiar with that term at the time), and being given a test where I looked at a sample family's budget (their monthly expenses and monthly spending) and had to decide whether I would give them emergency rent assistance or not.
