Had a standard meeting with the hiring manager where we reviewed the role and its key responsibilities in detail. We discussed salary requirements and compensation expectations to ensure alignment. I also asked about the workplace environment and team culture, as well as how priorities and projects are managed, including who sets deadlines and assigns tasks.
Very structured and multiple rounds. Typical corporate procsss. Met with HR first, then manager, then team members. It was a lot of rounds with a few weeks in between each round.
