It will be laid back as long as you make yourself comfortable. Make sure you look on their website, read their mission statement, when they were started ect. I had 2 ladies interview me. Some of the questions really caught me off guard and I had actually researched questions they would ask, the star method, watching YouTube videos ect. Do your research, think of examples good and bad from your work experience. Make them feel comfortable and relaxed.

interview was easy with mock questions that the HR department gives them. most of the questions are situational and what if questions. They made me wait about 10 minutes before the branch manager and assistant branch manager introduced themselves. i could tell that i was being watched and being judge off of demeanor and nervousness.

such a enjoyable experience. interviewed by 3 managers and they made the interview process seamless and very comfortable. loved every minute of our interaction and truly love the company culture, only had to sadly decline due to lower compensation than I am used to.
