The interview was done with two supervisors and very through and in-depth. They asked the usual questions regarding past employment history, my goals, why I would be a good fit and what my strengths were. The interview was relaxed, enjoyable and comfortable. The biggest thing they are evaluating you on is your commitment, passion, and people centric attitude. The most important thing you can emphasize is your desire to learn and grow, take direction and passion for helping others as the members are valued above all else in this company
