Interview
Interviewed first with temp agency then was sent to interview at the credit union. There were 3 interviewers, I believe one from HR, one upper management and one lower management.
The interview process was relatively quick. Took about month after sending the initial application. References weren't required in my case in the final stages. 1 phone interview. 1 WebEx meeting. 2 follow up phone calls with HR.

Interview
Interviewers were 15 minutes late and gave no apology. One interviewer was engaging and comfortable in front of camera while the other looked confused and distracted the entire time. After interview they stated that it would be three weeks before I received any updates.

used the STAR method but didn't listen to my answers.
The interview process was long. I had to interview with multiple departments and officers. I was offered the job and accepted. I do not work there any longer, I felt like I was just a number.
