Two rounds of interviews, The first round includes a hour-long writing test where you work on deliverables for a fictional client. The second round is with senior staff. Everyone was kind, encouraging, and professional.

If you're looking for unprofessionalism, look for Navigator. With the two interviews I've done, they have rescheduled twice, been late, left early, don't turn on their cameras, yawn, and try to finish ASAP.
