Interview
Interviews are usually virtual through Microsoft Teams and last approximately 30 minutes. Some require video. Some interviews are 30 minute phone calls. Some may last longer depending on the position. Interviews are straightforward and typically ask about your experience and what you know about the company and position.
Very easy interview. Do not be nervous just be honest and friendly. Easy to not be hired to be honest. Just need to know how to answer the phone and they teach you that

Simple informative interview. Asked a few questions on how I handled situations and why do I feel like I'm a good fit for the position. Informed me of the metrics that I needed to meet. I asked about bonuses and increases and when I could apply for a permanent position.
