I was impressed with TripActions as a company but unfortunately, very disappointed with my candidate experience. The manager was late to our call, had very spotty service, and told me I'd get a chance to meet the team, insinuating an onsite interview. However, after a couple follow up emails asking for an update, I was declined 2 weeks later with no feedback. Their interview process needs clearer, quicker communication and simply more effort around candidate experience.

A lot of interviews but meaningful. Fast to schedule, good communication. Great process. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions so it was comfortable. They were also transparent.
