Process: Phone interview with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. On site interview with key team members. Phone interview with another key team member. I was given the personal phone number of the recruiter and hiring manager in case Inhad questions. My hiring manager called me personally with the offer. I accepted.

Normal interview process that you would experience from other companies. Simple HR screening, followed by in person and zoom interviews, with hiring manager as well as stakeholders on other teams. Process was straightforward and decisions were made quickly. No complaints.

Phone and video calls with the recruiter and hiring lead; onsite interview (1/2 day) with peers, cross-functional colleagues, and direct reports of the role, including prepared challenge/presentation; final video calls with the role's manager. A knowledgeable and helpful recruiter communicated frequently throughout the process.
