Interview
The interview process at Navagant consisted of several stages, beginning with a take-home case study and a detailed debrief. This was followed by multiple rounds of behavioral interviews with nearly every team member, culminating in an in-person office visit where firm culture and role expectations were further discussed.
First round is a coffee chat through zoom. I showed my face but the HR I think just dialed in. They asked about past internships and qualitative stuff, nothing technical. they mentioned there will be a case study.
